Job Description and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Responsible for market research, business development and development of business plan to achieve sales goals in the region.<\/li>\n
  2. Provide all level of sales and technical support, including training, pre-sales technical support, system design and post sales installation, commissioning and on-site training for end-users and distributors.<\/li>\n
  3. Assist in distributor management and sales support.<\/li>\n
  4. Work with internal department to prepare technical proposal and specification, CAD schematic drawings, bill of materials and related technical documentation.<\/li>\n
  5. Be responsible for marketing, digital marketing and all social media marketing functions.<\/li>\n
  6. Verify product quality issues and customer complaints.<\/li>\n
  7. Travel regionally is essential to provide sales and application support for all internal and external parties.<\/li>\n
  8. Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time at its discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Job <\/strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.<\/li>\n
    2. At least 3-5 years relevant experiences as mechanical or hydraulic engineer preferably with CAD design experience.<\/li>\n
    3. Related experience in a multi-national company will be an added advantage<\/li>\n
    4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with key decision makers at all levels across a diverse range of countries.<\/li>\n
    5. Willing to work in fast pace environment.<\/li>\n
    6. Hands-on, willing to learn and proactive.<\/li>\n
    7. Able to communicate effectively with our internal departments in China is a requirement.<\/li>\n
    8.
